To Brian and to all the regulars that share their wealth of knowledge and experience here, and to everyone like-minded in the pursuit of all things surfy, Happy New Year!
I am so grateful to be able to spend time on this wee corner of the internet on such a great site and the sense of community.
Peace, respect, and best wishes to Brian and all site members. May your 2018 have a bit more drip.

Thank you very much and Happy New Year to you all. I too appreciate everyone who comes here and hangs out and talks about surf music.
2017 for me was both the roughest and most amazing year I've ever had. It's back in the ditch, but I'm hopeful for 2018. I have been kind of neglecting my old friend the SG101 website for some time due to some personal reasons. Hopefully I can finish the forums into the new more mobile friendly design this year. I'm still very proud of what we've done here, I just haven't been very present here lately.
Happy New Year to everyone and I hope it treats you very well.

Happy New Year.
This forum gives me the confidence to play and avoid surf faux-pas like clip-on tuners!

Brian you should be VERY proud of your accomplishment with SG101. You as a web master have brought people from all over the world together on this web site. You have created a internet home for musicians of a small almost unacknowledged style of music. Others 'because of this web sit' and with the help of this web site have created events to bring the members here together in person. Creating a loosely nit family of a sort.
I say THANK YOU, and Happy New Year to you! May it be one million percent better than last year.
