Eddie, funny you should say that... I got the impression that you weren't real happy about that gig. It was still a thrill to see you play.
You were a new man though at the Guitar Geek fest! Looking forward to seeing you again!
Thanks for the kind words!

On behalf of The TakeOffs.........Aloha from Kauai and welcome to SG101. It's quite amazing how much influence you have here, and everywhere else, that supports surf/instro music. I would someday like to shake your hand and say thanks.

Eddie - Thanks for joining this forum! I can't wait for the museum show this Sunday. I was out of town and missed the last performance.

Wow! This is amazing! I never forget what a great site this is that Brian has put together. Welcome aboard EddieB. It is indeed a great privilege to have you as a member of Surfguitar101. I'm with Richard, I think I'll pickup my guitar and knock out a couple of the Eddie and the Showmen tunes......

Eddie,
Welcome to the forum -- I don't think there's a guitarist on here that your playing hasn't influenced in one way or another.
Welcome again,

Hi All...I can't believe all the kind words everyone
has said to me. "I feel blessed and honored".
I will try to mention each of you personally as I can get the time.
I now have the task of putting together a permanent band. A band called the Sound Waves
were good enough to back me for the three shows
I did in Huntington Beach. But now it's time to
find a high energy group of guys that are as dedicated as I, to play as often as possible, at the venues that support surf music.
I want to personally thank BIGTIKIDUDE,
HBKAHUNA and LINDA MILLER (who books the bands for the Surf Museum and the pier shows) for all they have done for me. They have been absoluty awesum. It is great to be back and thanks again to the wonderful welcome back you all have given me. My best to everone, Eddie
