Since this thread has been necro'd the day before Christmas Eve, I'll toss up this recipe I've enjoyed for the last couple of years. It's a Cuban Toffee Posset.

My new favorite is Kona Beer's Pipeline Porter with supposedly Kona coffee in it. I like dark beer a lot and for me this is good stuff. Hell, I can almost afford it!
