It's a CIJ ST65B with bound neck. It was originally black but I had the body refinished in Brilliant Ice Blue sparkle at Marty Bell Finishing and IMO it turned out great. I know not everyone likes a bound neck on a strat, but to each their own. Haha!

The pickups are SD Antiquity IIs and it has a 3 pos switch with upgraded wiring. It's set up with 12s and plays like a dream. I'm really happy with the way it sits in the mix in a band environment as well. _

I rarely say this but even the binding looks good on this guitar! Finish looks like what the word Seatopian sounds like.

Nice John! I admire you getting the 3 position switch, those inbetween settings are the antisurf.

Wow that's a looker!!! Congrats John!!!

Cool, bold even.

Really like the color. Is that a spray on finish or a type of wrap? Looks killer, congrats.

HEY THERE, HI THERE, HO THERE !!!!

Thanks! It was stripped and refinish by Marty Bell. Here's a link the his website: http://martybellfinishing.com If you're looking at getting something refinished, I highly recommend his services!

Snazzy. I've had Marty Bell do a few refinishes for me in the past and he was always top notch and really nice to deal with.

That is mighty fine....

That is friggin' gorgeous!

What did that sparkle paint job cost?

What was the turn-around time?

Did the painter strip the original finish?

Love it! I’ve always been a big fan of metallic finishes, and who can argue with SD Antiquity pups?

This - inquiring minds are inquiring minds.
Jeebers that guitar is gorgeous.
Short list of my refin colors is pretty set but am still open to adding to it.
