Permalink Gene Pool and The Shallows - first gig

New Topic

We had our first gig last night. Just a 10 song set. It was marvellous. People danced! Okay, they had been boozing watching the "soccer" earlier. But people danced! Females too!

And we were approached by an event promoter for our details afterwards.

And let the record show..I have been paid money to play surf..what a nice feeling.

We've thrown down the gauntlet and have declared we will do a full set of our own compositions by this time next year.
