Wow this looks great!
I noticed the article refers to "surf rock", anyone got a problem with that?

The music is what counts!
Don´t mind if you call it surf beat, surf rock, California Music or beach music.
I believe everybody has his favorite groups and sounds, so please enjoy
the music and donm´t argue about expressions!
I am looking forward to buy the new cd or DVD of The New Dimensions!!

It's funny they say forgotten,
If they interviewed us, they'd realize that a small group of hardcore fans
Love their music still. I feel they are out of touch with the actual surf fans. I invited them to come play at the SG101 convention for pay. They declined.

I've bought most of the other dvd's that have been made about surf so I'll likely buy one of these.

So if they are doing a new release, wonder who does keyboards, Eumir Deodato?
Hope they put the music numbers on CD/Digital, in addition to the DVD.

I was contacted way back in January of 2016 about this project. I hadn't heard much about it except for Art Guy submitting a few news stories now and then. Glad to hear it is still in the works. Checkout the other stories using the new-dimensions tag here:

Are you guys crapping on their newly recorded music? Where were you able to hear it? And is it really so bad as to warrant pejorative commentary on here? The bit of Comin' Home Baby played in that trailer sounds really good to me; if that's a sample of the new stuff I'd call it a good sign.

I liked the promo video. I reminded me of "Sound of the Surf" promo at first, then I was sad that film hasn't been released.
