1967 Fender Dual Showman head and 2x12" Fender Cab. Speakers are 1967 Altec Lansings, reconed by Orange County Speakers one year ago. The head was maintained for many years by Fred Taccone, the founder and owner of Divided By 13 amps. It was recently serviced by a great tech at the Guitar Shoppe in Laguna Beach.
This amp plays perfectly and has the special clean tone and volume only a Dual Showman can deliver. THE Surf Music Amp! Played by Dick Dale, Fleetwood Mac with Peter Green, and in the 1970s by Steve Howe of Yes. Jimi Hendrix owned one early model, and later a Dual.
