In the video of Eddies sound check you can hear him comment to Jim Masoner, "We need the Bandmasters."
That is awesome. I'm a big fan of the lower wattage fender amps, especially for lead.

In the Liner notes to the Squad Car cd. He talked about taking the Bandmaster 2x12 out and everyone knowing it had 2 speakers because you could see the Aluminum dust caps thru the grill cloth. I think he said he later switched to the Showman amp. Chris —"You can't tell where you're going if you don't know where you've been" |

I'm assuming those speakers were JBL D120s. Very interesting speaker to have in a Bandmaster cab is it now? |

Wow! Eddie sounds awesome! He's truly BACK, baby!! Listen to the bottom end on those low notes - whooo-weee!! It's HUGE! The guy has such a great touch, too - Squad Car verse is pretty worn out by now, with thousands of covers, etc. but Eddie makes it fresh again, playing it with extra finnesse and feeling. Way to go!! And Border Town sounded phenomenal, too!!! God, I really hope he keeps doing this. And some new music? Would that be just too much to hope for??? Ivan —Ivan |

AND Little Brown Jug! Both of which were written before he was born. At least he didn't take credit for And the Angels Sing and the Wayward Wind —Shawn Martin |

Some one was claiming that Eddie was claiming credit for a song he didnt write. I forget the song. When I spoke to Eddie, he was pretty clear about not claiming credit for anything he didnt write. He has no control of any erroneous info BMI & ASCAP has on their site. |
