I got 1,3 and 4. I thought about the vinyl but like you say 80% is not whole. Plus OCD for complete set. These are among the 1st surf music I ever bought and to me are just the best. —Da Vinci Flinglestein, The Syndicate of Surf on YouTube |

It's Aloha Monday, so I'm streaming KPOA from Maui. When I was a kid it was amazing to listen to distant radio stations, often from Chicago, late at night with static and fade in and out. Now you hear them from all over the planet clean and clear on the 'net. —Happy Sunsets! |

That's a good thing indeed because I can tell you that Solar Cycle 24 (and these things are 11 years in duration) is in the toilet right now as to propagation. —Wes DISCLAIMER: The above is opinion/suggestion only & should not be used for mission planning/navigation, tweaking of instruments, beverage selection, or wardrobe choices. |

Well said Badger, the HF bands are terriblllleeeeeee! But I digress. Currently listening to some SRV. After A listening spree on Continental magazine discs in the truck. —I am not obsolete, I am RETRO.... |

If anyone is interested in listening to long distance radio stations from around the world, a place I visit is Radio Garden dot com. It's an audio version of Google Earth. Hope this doesn't ruin your plans for today. It can get addicting if you're a traveler and want to return to a place you've been before. —Happy Sunsets! |

Ha! The usual language I use in encountering this is not something I use around my grand-daughters (although Morse continues to work 'cause it makes few demands on Mother Nature). C'mon sunspots. THAT is a great line-up. There is a Crazy Aces song on SRR right now that is so cool- It's almost like they are adding strings using guitars. I'll hunt it down there- the name is also evocative though it is stored deeeeep in the recesses of my gray matter. Da Vinci Flinglestein, The Syndicate of Surf on YouTube |
