Hello, I've been a quiet lurker on this wonderful site for a few years. I've finally started to write and record some surf music. I thought I'd share one with you. I hope you like it! I apologize in advance for the programmed drums. I've got to get a live drummer on the track!
I welcome your feedback!
Steve
p.s. I first mistakenly posted this on the Surf Videos forum. My apologies!

Welcome and nice sounds! Really reminiscent of The Shadows tone.
Seems like it needs a more defined bridge though; something to break-up the repetition of the main hook. I'm sure that would be easier with a live drummer.

Many thanks Las Barracudas! That's very helpful advice and something I'll work on.

For me this sounds great!
Programmed drumming? Sounds better than some drummers I have played with! Really!
The song is very exciting all in all!! I like the melody and the mood a lot!
I just would say there is a little bit too much treble in the guitar sound!?
whatever, keep playing and make more own songs!!!
Much better than Shadows!!
— Twang cheers!

Cool song, I dig it. I thought the programmed drums sounded pretty solid. Half the time when I program drums I actually spend the time adjusting the velocity and timing of every hit to make it more realistic and half the time I rough it out and I don't want to spend another second on it.
Thanks for sharing!

That sounded good, I really enjoyed it. I like the way you kept laying on that whammy bar.
