I've been hunting Banished to the Beach for some years. If you still have it, I'll gladly take it off your hands. Kenny

Sorry, you are too late...
I still have one here. Maybe I will sell it in the future. What would you pay for it in good condition, please?
Do not miss this: I have brandnew auctions with a few rare old vinyls for sale: The Atlantics from 1965 for example. Or Jon & The Nightriders! Or Mono Men, Terry Terauchi, Man Or Atroman, Mondo Drive-In Compilation, The Outlaws, and a cool Compilation! Everything starts at 1 Euro. So maybe you will get some cool stuff for less money.

In 1996 Eric Delie, a guy from Belgium living and working in the USA
had bought 100 copies of Banished To The Beach for sale and trade in the US. He came regularly to Europe (selling 20 tons safty glass per van) and visited me, the last time in the summer of 2006.
At that time he still had about two to three cds in Antwerp at his mother´s house and about 4 copies in the States, he had told me.
He wanted to come back in December. This never happened.
I had two numbers of cell phones, none was working any longer in 2006 onwards.
His email adress was blackjaQaol.com . no reply?
In 2005 he had started to work in China for a company with 70.000 employes, CEO was an American with Chinese roots.
The last city he lived in California was Long Beach.
Has anybody heard about him in the last decade or knows what had happened to him??
He flew about three or four times a year from the USA to Europe, was a runner for long distances (marathon in 2 hours and 27 minutes,I once managed to run and walk the distance in 3.56!)jogging daily a minimum of ten kilometers.

Rudi,
In the Late 2000s, I had bought about 35 cds from him,
And sold to people at HB pier shows.
He was amazed that I could sell 20 or so in 1 day.
I have not seen him since then.

Is the "Surfin` Sundays" Compilation a sought after CD?
On this CD I discovered imo the best Ghastly Ones version of "SurfinSpooks"! And Kelp s "Narcotic"! And Brazil 2001s "Tahiti 96", what a great song!!! Are there more songs like "Tahiti 96" out there, with this dynamic and power?

Ralf, you might want to update the title of the thread (edit the first post). There are probably quite a few people that are interested in those Atlantics CDs that won't even know you are selling them.
— Los Apollos - cinematic surf music trio (Berlin)
"Postcards from the Scrapyard" Vol. 1, 2 & 3 NOW available on various platforms!
"Chaos at the Lobster Lounge" available as LP and download on Surf Cookie Records!

That Surfin Sunday's cd is really a great time capsule of the California surf scene, and the bands that played at the Surf Museum.

So, the latest auctions are over.
Interesting to see what the people are interested in. The "Surfin Sundays" Comp. just brought 5.30€. The best selling was the Jon & The Nightriders CD "Moving Target" for 29,70€!!! And the Atlantics CD "Complete CBS REc. Vol.2" with 27.50€!
CD`s OR Vinyls?: There are no differences in good prices when you sell rare stuff people are looking for.
So, these days I am selling a few 7inches:
A 7inch from Bambi Molesters. Handsigned by the band:
http://www.ebay.de/itm/THE-BAMBI-MOLESTERS-Orig-signed-7inch-Vinyl-Central-Coast-Swing-Surf-Instro-/351878255179?hash=item51ed94124b:g:KAAAAOSwpLNYARq~
And some others: Ventures, Space Cossacks, etc...
— Twang cheers!
