is there anyplace to buy their recordings? I don't have immediate success finding a website. and any recommended recordings?

It's not the physical cds, but you can get some of the digital versions here.

2 cds on Amazon now, but grab them quick. Amazon doesn't get many of their cds. I bought Chups cds on Discogs & Ebay.

I only have a Bermuda 66 and the Incredible Crocotiger. Bermuda 66 is my favourite.
I've noticed many song titles repeated on various albums and am always worried I'm buying a compilation without realizing it. Can anyone chime in on the last few releases?

It is no easy task tracking all of their material down. And keep in mind that there are standard and remixed/recut versions of a lot of their albums. Even more, know that their early material was pretty far off from straight surf.

Good question, Matt. There has always been some confusion regarding the Chups' catalog. If you're seeking the real thing, some can definitely be more expensive, especially considering shipping from Europe. However, they are out there if you hunt diligently enough.
Excluding Messer Fur Frau Muller, The Bonecollectors, The Guitaraculas and comp inclusions, here is what I believe to be a complete list of their original releases, not including every version or media type, just the main release itself:
1999 Чудовище И Чудовище (Monster & Monster)(Cassette, Solzne Records)
2000 Miss Libido (Cassette & CD, Solzne Records)
2000 Невеста Атома (Bride Of The Atom)(CD, Solzne Records)
2000 Vamp Babes (Cassette & CD, Solzne Records)
2002 Black Black Magic (CD, Solzne Records)
2003 Crazy Price (CD, Solzne Records)
2005 Hyena Safari (CD, Solzne Records)
2007 Zombie Shopping (CD, Solzne Records)
2009 Heretic Channel (CD, Solzne Records)
2011 Bermuda 66 (CD, Gitaracula Records)
2013 Church Of Reverb (CD & LP, Gitaracula Records)
2015 The Incredible Crocotiger (CD & LP, Gitaracula Records)
2015 Spooky Hook (CD, Gitaracula Records)
And a few important re-releases with additional material:
2004 Vamp Babes Upgrade Version 2004 (CD, Solzne Records)
2014 Church Of Reverb (CD, Omni Recording Corp)
Compilations:
2002 Cocktail Draculina (CD, Solzne)
2008 Best Of The Best (LP, CopaseDisques & CD Kapkan Records)
2011 Surf Riders From The Swamp Lagoon (CD, CopaseDisques) (first appearance of "Dolphin Hill" "Stripper" "Devil's Driver" and re-recordings of songs)
2016 The Voice Of Zombierella (CD, Gitaracula Records) (Includes Bonecollectors)
— Insect Surfers
The Tikiyaki Orchestra
The Scimitars
Lords Of Atlantis
Fiberglass Jungle - Surf Radio

another reminder that 10 minutes on SG101 is more helpful than 10 hours on facebook.

Wow, JP! Impressive!! I have about 6 of their releases and dig them all, from their surfy stuff, to their sexy vocals to their just downright weird shit! Great stuff! So stoked I got to finally see them at Oasis! Really solid live band and great show! Oleg is a true virtuoso on guitar! Great player heavily rooted in 60's licks without post-metal wankiness of any kind! Solid!

I think these albums:
Heretic Channel
Bermuda 66
Church Of Reverb
The Incredible Crocotiger
Spooky Hook
Are an absolute goldmine of surf music. I've been listening to these 5 albums on repeat for the past couple of weeks. Yes, there are some re-recordings, but I don't mind because that guitar tone is just intoxicating.
I also dig the weirder stuff as well and have been enjoying the Best of the Best album on their Bandcamp page.
Church of Reverb, in particular, is a freaking masterpiece of surf/instro guitar music. Oleg absolutely summons the spirit of Fankie Blandino on several tunes (Less Playboy/More Cowboy, Padre Pizzicato, and Black Saddle). I haven't heard another guitar player come close to Frankie's phrasing and lyrical style. Oleg nails it in his own distinct voice.
They rule.
