I'll play.
I Love this one.
Either a '71 or '72, I don't remember and I don't care.

Here is my 1988 Mosrite at one of our gigs in 2012.

Sancho, I might have already asked you this on Facebook. But after all of the pickup mods and such, how well does that Aria Diamond hold up as a backup for your Hallmarks and Mosrites?

Tone and playability are nowhere near a Mosrite. The only things on it that come close to a Mosrite is the body shape and the headstock. I've put M3 PUs in it and it had a decent setup. The strat style trem, neck and wood on this guitar make it a very unique sounding guitar that looks like a Mosrite.

The Hicadoolas

'66 Ventures XII, '66 Ventures Bass (transition model with 2 pickups and Fender tuning pegs), '63 Royal (c.2000 Kurikomo), '64 Super Custom (2001, Kurikomo) from my collection:

"Hello Girls!"

Here's my refinished '66. New frets/binding too, but everything else is 1966. It's cool.

Those 80s Mosrites are extra sweet. I wish I could afford one. Jay Rosen in Alameda has one; here's a picture of the back:

Alright, here's my 90's or early 00's (not sure) Japanese Excellent Ventures model, with Nokie Edwards and Don Wilson's sig on the pick guard.

Ludobsg,
Did you write about the genesis of this guitar elsewhere? It looks perfect.

Squink Out!

Beautiful job. Ludorite?

Clones are ok? In that case, here's mine and bandmate Maui's. I Ffnally finished them after just 2 years. Smile
