coming Nov16th, Catalinbread is making a freakin Adineko OIL CAN reverb. I just sold my original
Oil Can reverb for some cha-chaing, so this would be nice to try. If it does what my oil can did, its gonna be cool cool cool.

I have one of those oil can delays, when finally got mine to (temporarily) work I missed an appointment because it sounded so cool it put me in a kind of trance! I'll definitely be getting one of these!

The demo video sound purdy good. I have a Mosrite Oil Can delay unit that works quite well but just as the guy in the Adineko video notes, ya gotta be careful how ya set it up 'cause it will give you a shock.

Damn those CB guys! Pretty soon my whole pedalboard will be all Catalinbread! This pedal sounds amazing.

Thanks for sharing the news & video. Love the sound tradition of some of these old devices that pedals are based on; they do capture the imagination. Never worked for the State Dept so it might be too nuanced for me... or just my tinnitus - but I'm not hearing an effect or vibe that in application I can't achieve with my tank, tremelo (amp output-biased or my Tremulator) and a beloved analog delay I've had for about 30+ years. Catalinbread do great pedals but, given what they typically charge, I'll keep saving my pennies for an El Capistan.

'Snot bad. It didn't blow my doors off, but it has a place in my rig, for sure. If I was still doing Dividers, it would replace my reverb and stay on all the time.

Dear Santa,
I've been a good boy. Please put one of these pedals under my tree this year.
And a pony.

(Full disclosure: Anyone who knows me knows I don't own one.)

When we are teen Gremmies we had a Honda LP and labeled the knobs Pow R, Enthusiasm, Brite & Polish. I bet this Boss pedal can help me dial all 4 musical properties to Bonamassa exactitude. I just wish it had a tap-tempo feature so I could play in time. But then it would take pedalboard space away from my Boss Taste Generator (TG-909) and Boss BlondeAmp emulator.
