I just got the R.P.M album in the mail. This record ticks off so many of my marks for a great surf record its uncanny. I've been away from the surf thing for far too long. If anyone remembers my band or my opinions and stance on traditional surf music I could have been called a traditional surf nazi. Now I'm trying to be more open minded... but that's for another thread. That all said, for me deep down the more traditional stuff is still my favorite and when you throw in some fuzz I'm even more happy.
