February Birthdays 
I decided to put this in the Shallow End because it's not exactly surf, but it's SO surf friendly, with bits of eleki, cambodian/thai pop, and mostly instrumental. I was following these guys from their previous bandcamp release, and then Bonobo put them on a mixtape and they suddenly had a ton of hype around them.
It's really great though. Very laid back - perhaps more than I'd hoped, but very unique guitar-focused stuff. They've got their entire album streaming here for now.
