Warning this is not a novela just a short to the point review
Recieved my copy today Drool
Man if you guys have not placed an order I recomend you buy the cd!!
in listening to the cd it's like a breath of fresh air to my ears it's so classic sound'n and well recorded and mixed this really inspires me to write some vocal numbers for The Verbtones for the disc we are working on, especialy I love the cut track 7 "Pretty Eyes" the vocals and harmonys are very tight and the pinch of reverb tottal perfection, I'm a big Beatles and Beach boys fan, when I hear "Pretty Eyes" I think of summer and the early days of when me and Marie were just dating aahh memories a song I can here and stair at the stars at night Embarassed

I love the whole dam disc! the songs that stand out
are
The Last Ride
Buzzard coupe
Deep six
Wound up!
Pretty eyes
Gremmies holiday
That's it
Off the board
Drag-n-fly

What am I saying I dig the whole dam thing it's one of those cds you won't get tired of, if I was Phill Dirt I give the whole cd image
what can I say Surf music Texas style Rock and they do have the beach in Texas YES!

I'm looking so forward to seeing these guys live if they ever come to the west coast (if you play the Pacific northwest you guys are always welcome to stay with me & the Mrs's) and looking forward to any future cds, 7", lp anything they put out I want.

And I am not being kind it's the truth this cd is top notch Buy it!!

I'm also floored that this cd features some of Rockabillys & Surf best seasoned players >Mike Guerrero (The Surf Finks), Bobby Trimble (Big Sandy), Joe Emery, Shaun Young (High Noon)

I agree 100%. I wish I knew what they were up to these days, and I wonder if they are keeping their 3 guitar lineup or if that was just temporary.
