Permalink Beach Boys "Do it Again" Solo Help

New Topic

Seeking some help for solo that begins at minute 1:30. GREATLY appreciate anyone who can offer any assistance. Not looking for full transcription as I think I can get it if someone can provide the first 3-5 notes/tab.

Also, whats the backing rhythm chords behind the main riff at minute 0:11 (11 second mark)

Thanks in advance!!!!!!! Yes

Thanks PSCATES! Yep, got the toggling with pinky rhythm sequence, and figured out the secondary backing ryhthm that accompanies the main riff - that part is just a movable index barre across the high G, B, and high E strings slid between frets (don't have the guitar with me at the moment but its like 11, 6, and 4 (or 11, 4 and 2)...pretty easy.

Will try noddling around the 11th for the solo. defintely some double stops in the solo halfway in or so.

Peace!
