A charming band from my hometown has come to my attention recently. You can hear their take on some classic surf tunes here: https://soundcloud.com/dont-tell-mom-1/dtm-surf-medley-hawaii-five-0-wipeout-pipeline-cover Not half bad!

The amazing thing is that this trio is composed of two boys aged 13 years and one of 11 years. Take a listen. If you dig it, like their Facebook page, send them some encouraging words, etc. I am pretty impressed.

Very cool! It will be interesting to hear them grow into their own and what that does to their sound; dynamics, tone, repertoire, etc...

I never even knew I'd play an instrument at age 13!
