Dear surf music community,
We are here today to talk to you about César Nuñez, or “Bogar” as some of you could know him. He is the former drummer of Los Oxidados, an instro-surf band from Mexico; and has collaborated with some other projects like Didi Wray and Danny Amis’ recent Mexican tour.
For some years César has been struggling with the Multiple Sclerosis disease, which some of you may know, attacks his motor functions, disabling him from living a regular life. After a couple of years of treatment, he was able to continue playing for some years; but recently he was told that there is an advance in his disease and needs to take a new treatment to prevent an outbreak of this Sclerosis.
We are making an effort to fund this treatment because it is very expensive and nor Bogar or his family are able to afford it.
