BTW, as for the reverb: Although some people say you won't get drip unless you play through a stand-alone tank the reverb on my DRRI has drip for days.
That is not to say that owning an outboard reverb unit won't make you happier, of course

The Princeton Reverb and Deluxe reverb drip pretty well. The other Fender combos don't as much, but these two actually do have drip. It can be a bit cavernous(just not as tight as some will want), but still there is drip!

My Fender Vibroverb RI has one of the best onboard reverbs I've ever heard. That said I still use a Texotica tank with.
Super amps for Surf / Instro if you don't need a lot of volume (rated at about 35 watts). They're kind of hard to find and if you do find one they generally go for around the $1000 mark.
Mine came with Weber speakers already in it and they sound really good.
