Permalink Rare US LP

Hi! - this isn't, strictly speaking, a surf guitar LP, but it's a guitar LP, so somebody might know. I'm from England, and something like 30 years ago I came across an American LP of UK instrumentals from the 60s that were never issued in the States. The tracks were by English bands including The Fentones, The Krew Kats, The Cougars and The Dakotas. I was tempted, but didn't buy it! - and now I'm wondering what it was called. I've come across a Swedish album with some of the same tracks, but it's not the one. The LP title definitely incorporated the fact that these were UK instrumentals not issued in America. Can anybody help?
Best wishes,
Simon

Was this it?:

Thanks for replying, Johnny. I don't think this is it - this is a Swedish compilation, whereas the one I found was definitely American. But certainly a lot of the same tracks are here!

This it?

Thanks to both of you, but no it isn't! I'm sure the original had far fewer tracks (it was a vinyl LP) and not so many different artistes (Bert Weedon, The Shadows and Sounds Incorporated didn't feature). No, although all the artistes were British, this was an American issue - specifically featuring British records not released in the USA.
