Hi guys. I am brand new to this forum and sought you out as a place where I might share the surfy instrumentals I have been composing and recording this month (prior to this I'very generally played indie rock/pop).
If any of you have the time, inclination and patience, I'd be thrilled if you would have a listen to some or all of my Soundcloud play list. Sound wise, the songs have influences from the Shadows, Dick Dale, Man or Astro-man? and various other stuff that has seeped into my subconscious.
I am hoping to write more and maybe get a group together to play them (Brighton UK based...)

Anyway, here is the play list...

Thanks so much in advance (and apologies if this is the wrong section of the forum).

Hello Stevie,

excellent stuff, I have just skipped through the tracks, but I think I can say, that the production is top notch, very clear and powerful, while the songs sound like a modernised Surf, not totally vintage orientated, a further development of the surf-style.

Great tunes on SoundCloud! Good luck with your search for the right band mates!

MrB,
For a freshman effort sounds as good as a lot of stuff posted here. Agree with Dirk, definitely the modernized, or maybe even the post modern period of surf. Will try to give tracks a second listen and see if there are any constructive comments. Best of luck!
