TOTAL BLAST last night at KICKSVILLE! Packed show and every band was top-notch. Thanks to the SG 101'ers that made it out! Good times. We have some more killer shows lined up and we're recording some new stuff in the next two months. Very stoked!

Mastered our full-length LP this weekend at D2 MASTERING in Los Angeles. Engineer Dave Schultz. Pretty stoked with the results! Dave didn't mind me placing some inspirational material on his console. CD coming this summer from DOUBLE CROWN RECORDS!!

NEWSFLASH... DIG THIS!!! Very proud to announce the artwork for BOSS FINK'S debut full-length album is being created by legendary TOM KELLY, the Crazy Painter! Tom is a pioneer pin-striper and "weird-o" artist who was partners with Ed "Big Daddy" Roth in the early days. He is a true pioneer of Hot-Rod, Kustom Car, Drag Racing art and is still doing amazing work today! We're stoked to have him creating our boss cover art!!!

I'm excited for you. There's no question of Tom's credentials. I'm curious how he will relate to your music. Did he listen to the music before starting on the art? |

I didn't play him the music, but he totally 'got it" from my description. He remembers it first hand. Tom isn't an internet guy. Very old school. Supercool man who has great stories of the old days and Big Daddy Roth. Tom's been pinstriping since he was a teenager in the 50's taught by his grandfather and pinstriping legend, Bud "The Baron" Crozier. In the 60's and into the 70's foreword, Tom did custom paint and lettering on dragster bodies. Some of the stuff is almost psychedelic! And although there's no psych on our album, we do have a few heavy FUZZ instrumentals with a later 60's feel along with the reverb heavy stuff.
