Hi guys!
I just wanted to let you all know that the new record by Swedish crime-surfers Skurkarna is out now.
It's called "In the Web of Villainy" and contains eleven ungentle instrumental songs of psychotic swindlery. And with killer art work by Darren Merinuk.

You can listen to the whole record here on their bandcamp:
https://skurkarna.bandcamp.com/album/in-the-web-of-villainy-lp
If you want order a copy, here's their facebook:
https://www.facebook.com/skurkarna
Enjoy!
Cheers!
Here's a song from the record:

This sounds like it could be really good.
Can't wait to give a listen.

I sure wish hip black kids in 70s outfits would move like that at some SoCal surf shows! I got tired of the same old white guys slouching on barstools. Maybe the surf/instro scene in Sweden is more integrated?
Very cool tune they are grooving to. Any Midwest US tours scheduled?

Trippy tune! Cool vibe. I dig it, but not the kind of crime noir sound I was expecting. Cool though

Hehe, yeah – we also have the barstool-crowd over here. But every now and then some people go absolutley bananas in front of the stage, mainly because of alcohol I think, hehe.
Ah, it really would be awesome to tour the US one day. Hopefully that will happen!

Happy to hear it! The new record has more of a mixture of up-tempo songs and mellow crime-noir tunes like this one: https://skurkarna.bandcamp.com/track/they-thought-he-was-dead
Or this one: https://skurkarna.bandcamp.com/track/the-road-to-arkham
Thanks again!

The video tune sounds very trippy psychedelic but not really crime surf. Love how you put clips from Soul Train with the music. Listened to some of the other tunes and they do sound like crime-surf. Sounds like 1 of your influences is the Dead Kennedy's. Very good stuff loved listening to the tunes. If you come to America please let us all know where you are touring I will surely like to see the band live.
