...all prices listed are "or make offer", I'm eager to get these sold to free up some space and money, thanks.

Hey Rich,

A lot of that gear is your core, good stuff (Bandmaster, Regal, Jaguar). Hope you're hanging onto some!

Paul

Paul, thanks, your post made me figure out how to edit my original post and upload some photos. So the 1967 Fender Bandmaster for sale and the 1965 Fender Jaguar for sale are now pictured in the post and here's a link to me playing the Victoria Regal II amp for sale (thanks to the Curlriders for letting me sit in at an Alzheimer's benefit gig.)

I had to stop & drool at the Bandmaster. Thanks for the video link as well for my continuing education. You showcase that Victoria beautifully sir!
(I love that song.)

I know; here's a towel. Have had that vid queued up & can't even remember the name of the song because of the blonde at the top of the thread.
There was some nice wood coming into the country.

Where are you located? Any chance you'd sell just the Bandmaster head? Shipping the whole thing would be too much for me.

I'm in So.California, I'll PM you...

...my original post updated to include photo of Gomez El Sonido amp for sale, the one owned by Eddie Bertrand and was purchased from his estate. RIP Eddie, I've been stoked to have this in my home, but sadly never get to play it.

PM sent thanks Rick

bump...

Bumping again after nearly 1 year from original post date. (I'm still playing Hawaiian Slack Key guitar and for the past 2 years have donated every dollar I earned to a charity in Hawaii that helps at risk kids. I recently bought 2 amazing acoustic guitars, an amp and a PA and really need to get these sold to pay for them)
Still for Sale:
-Gomez El Sonido: from Eddie Bertrand's estate with a 2x12 cab with 70's Fender Oxford speakers freshly re-coned by Orange County Speaker (newly built by Jaguar John Benton & matches El Sonido's blonde/gold) asking $1500 for set
-'67 Fender Bandmaster head dressed to look like a early '64,smooth blond tolex and gold grill cloth with-1x15" matching cab 27x20x11 Jensen Neo 15" 4 ohm much lighter and easily transported than a 2x12 cabinet. asking $950 for set

Wow, I can't believe someone hasn't jumped on that Bandmaster package.

Good luck with your charity, sounds like a worthy and positive cause! I would jump on that jaguar...if I had the coin. Laughing

any lowball offers????? I'm open to offers. Otherwise I'll put the amps and cabs up for consignment sale at another local shop and the prices won't be so negotiable. thx.

UPDATE: Eddie's El Sonido and the 2x12 cab sold. All the remaining now on consignment at the Guitar Shoppe in Laguna.

have fun with the surf music guys, thanks for carrying the tradition forward..
