My band is looking at covering a song from a group called The Sandal's. The song is called Wingnut's Theme. The lead is pretty much taken care of. Most of the chords are pretty straight forward in much of the song but there are some tricky chord changes at different points. Has anyone ever charted out the chords? If so, and you are willing to share, I would really appreciate a copy. We think The Sandals put out some really great music, including the Theme From Endless Summer.
Thanks for any help.

I'd love also to see a sheet for this great song & hope someone's around. I think The Surge did it at the Instro Summit in 2013.

The Space Cossacks used to do Wingnut's Theme back in '96-'97. We even did a pro recording of it early on, but it was never released and the original tape has been lost in the mists of time (along with our recording of Goldfinger from the same '97 session, the only two tracks that remain unreleased by us that I know of). Unfortunately, I can't help you with the chords, though, as I played lead on it - and it was a long time ago! Good luck, though!

And the Sandals were a very cool band, for sure!
