We are back online. The problem seems to be the router. Out ISP is sending us a new one. The new router is not functioning either. Keeps on crashing every 24 hours. Need to contact my ISP and in order for them to analyse the problem I cannot reset the router. This happened 5 minutes after their help desk closed and I cannot contact them until 9 AM tomorrow morning which is over 11 hours from now. So we will be offline for at least 11 hours. I hope this agonising situation can be solved once and for all. I am starting to loose my patience.
