Not only are The AmpFibians and Ivan Pongracic coming to play the Southern Surf Stomp! the evening of November 22, but we have some other great shows during the day as well.
The Mystery Men? are playing the Oakhurst Chili Cookoff at Steinbeck's in Decatur at noon with our friends and huge supporters of the Atlanta surf scene Caroline and the Ramblers.
MOONBASE are playing a FREE show at Criminal Records in Little 5 Points (Atlanta) at 5pm to promote the new album.
If that weren't enough, I know several wonderful people that are coming in from out of town like Jeremy of the Monterreys (formerly of the Aqualads), Jeff of Crazy Aces, and Larry Moondawg White will all be there! Can you tell I'm excited?

Of all weekends that I had to book a local show for us, I wish this wasn't the one. I hope you all have a blast. It certainly would be great to come hang out.

Ed, you're going to kick your self even more when you hear some of us are going to get together the night before at Trader Vic's as well. This is going to be one legendary (high speed) weekend.
Also, I really can't credit for these events. First, the surf community in Atlanta is so wonderful, supportive, and everyone pitches in. I think we all realize we have a good thing going with room to grow. Second, we get lucky. These things just have a way of coming together.
