Permalink Pacific Headhunters?

New Topic

Hi everyone! New guy here. I've been lurking for a while, and follow the page on facebook. For well over a decade, I've been amassing a surf rock collection in my library. I'm a huge fan of the genre.

A several years ago, I happened upon the Pacific Headhunters myspace page and downloaded the 3 songs they had available on their page. I'd really like to get a hold of the rest of whatever catalog they produced, but they don't appear to have anything available (unless my google-fu is that bad).

It looks like they were active on here but not since 2006. Does anyone have any info on the availability of their music? All I want to do is give them my money!

Anyway, if anyone has any leads, I'd really appreciate the info. Thanks!

I saw them a few times back in the mid 2000s.
Then they just kind of disappeared. I can try emailing them, but if I recall correctly the addresses I have bounce back.
As for recorded output. I think I only have a few songs on a cdr.
Probably the same ones you have.

Revenge of the Kraken is a fantastic song. Probably one of my favorites. Chongolio had it on his podcast, but by the time I heard of them they were kaput. The version he has was a little different than the one on Myspace.

The Luau Cinders

They have videos on youtube that indicate a few more songs and they're just as good as the others I've heard by them. I'll be pretty sad if I can't get a hold of their stuff. They have to have a CD somewhere!

As far as I know, they never put out an official cd.
