Kind of looks like a crutch (and is as funny as one too).

Maybe Pete Townshend could attach one to his guitar and a the end of the concert smash guitar, stick and all! Or maybe do a Jimi at Monterey and light it up!

Seriously, when you're playing a quadrupleneck guitar, what difference is one extra appendage gonna make in how stupid you look?
Maybe it will sound considerably worse, though. Judging by the video on the site, this thing sucks all the "rocking" straight out of your performance.

Watching the video, it looks like it can double as a handy metronome..... or a 'visual aid' to impress the ladies.

I'm surprised they don't show it being used with a harmonica... I mean come on 6oz can get heavy after a while
