Hey guys...My band s looking to cover The Sentinals version of surfer girl. The only problem I have with the Sentinals version is the bridge. The guitar follows the melody line through the verse but gets rather boring during the verse. Id like to transpose the vocal melody to a guitar line for the verse. It will be an easy task if I could find the sheet music for the Beach Boys version. Only problem is I can only find it for sale...anyone have a copy laying around?

I bought this. Has surfer girl and lot's of other Beach Boys songs, great transcriptions. I've found it to be very useful in working up instrumental versions of their material. Last edited: May 22, 2015 22:43:49 |
