WTB: Squier Bass VI

I just sold my Traynor K4 keyboard amp and have a chunk o'cash burnin' a hole in my pocket... wanted to but a Bass VI months ago but was hurting. Not so bad this month. Anyone in SoCal selling one?

Labellas aren't quite perfect... the low E is still a little floppy in my opinion. Could just a .105 on there instead of a .095. I'm making due though! Very nice strings.

I ordered a set from Chicago Music Exchange – best price for flats, I found, @ $35, shipped free.
I wonder if the Squier has typical Asian wiring that will need to be replaced to sound good.

You're talking about flatwounds right? Amazon's the cheapest source I've found so far in Europe.

You can order single Bass VI strings directly from La Bella and make up your own custom sets, but that's only for roundwounds. It turns out cheaper than ordering complete roundwound sets. It is the cheapest option available to EU residents for Bass VI strings (if you don't count those terrible Fender sets with the .85 low E).

Thanks! That's a great price. They are the round wounds. The flats are currently out of stock, and a bit more.
