..Hey guys, I got off the phone with a friend that mentioned Rob was in a serious car wreck. Flipped Mazda is what I heard. Damn. Anybody know what's up with this/him? How's he doing? Best wishes to him.

For those who don't know him, he's the guitar player in the Detonators.
I heard his face got grinded on the road while the car was upside down sliding. I hear he is in pretty rough shape, needing alot fo reconstructive surgery, and possibly loosing an eye.
But I heard that ironically he's in really good spirits.
There is talk about doin a Bennefit show. but not in stone yet.

Rob is a super nice guy, and I hope everybody keeps him in their thoughts.

Word from Ted( bass player from the Detonators) is that the
Big 8 band surf show at Suzy's in Hermosa Beach on Sun. of Memorial Day weekend, will also be the Show that they dedicate to Rob.
I guess that his Health Insurance and car insurance is going to cover
everything ok.

I first learned of this today during Clint Beachwood's radio show. I was shocked when I heard how serious the accident was. Wishing Rob a speedy and full recovery.

Both me and my wife were shocked to hear about it, and we're wishing Rob the best, speedy recovery (as much as possible).
