Hi,
this is a question for all Telecaster lovers
I've readt interesting news about Telecaster Baja
It has a Custom Shop sign in the neckplate
The price of this Tele is really good and the sound is very very good, there are many postive threads about
So my question is:
- is this a real Custom Shop?
- how ever the price is so cheap?

The neckplate does say "Custom Shop designed", but they are actually made in Mexico (like the rest of the Classic Player series).

I've read mixed reviews about these. Some love them, some say they feel a bit cheap. I haven't played one myself.

You'd think with the baja name they'd put a fender
Bigsby style trem on it. Preston ex of the eliminators had one.

As far as Fender Teles go, the Baja is a pretty good one. As stated above, they are not a custom shop model, but custom shop designed & made in Mexico.
