I finished a VV build this spring and did a blonde with oxblood 1-15 cab for it. This is real tempting for another project.

* CORRECTION * I just did some measuring and it appears that the following Fender amp chassis will also fit this cabinet. There may be others that are 23.5" wide:

WoodyJ et al, I in no way mean to be disrespectful but your numbers above for the Deluxe Reverb, Showman & Bandmaster chassis seem to be incorrect to me. The DR is 22.5, the Bandmaster and Showman are 22.250 measuring amps I have around the house. From what I have learned over the years the Super Reverb, Bandmaster Reverb and Blackface Vibroverb (my black Vibroverb chassis is 23.5) chassis will fit this cab correctly. The brown Vibroverb (Reissue too) and the BF Vibrolux Reverb should also fit as they have a 25"-25 1/8 cabinet width. They have a 23.5 inch chassis width. FWIW, the Twin Reverb, Dual Showman Reverb and the other amps derived from that chassis, Quad & Super Six Reverb are 24.5 wide. Now that everyone is completely confused, best of luck selling this cab. If I had the extra scoots I would have already stopped by and picked it up. —Keep it Drippy Brothers and Sisters! |

HaHaha! I had to get my readers out to measure my amps too! That's a good one. I'm 58 in September. Got far-sighted in my early 40s. I slipped under the dash of my car to wire up a new stereo and could not see the color codes 6 inches in front of my face.
