Up for sale is a Nocturne Fez in gold sparkle. #2 out of a batch of 10.
The pedal is great for pushing your tank for more drip and twang.
Perfect cosmetic condition, never gigged, probably less than 10 hours of play time.
$125 shipped

Congrats! I don't think I have ever seen so much sparkle in such little space. Please tell us how it works for you.

Cool! I'd love to hear what you think. I've stayed true to the greybox design but used NOS vintage metal can 741 opamps in these along with even better components than what was in the original greybox 250.
Where the changes come in is the second stomper that drops the gain a tad but boosts the low mids and then I added that high treble cut as that circuit gets real nasty and thin when you crank the gain up. the booster stomp and treble cut are perfect for helping that out.
DOD gets a bad rap for some reason but I absolutely love what they used to make when it was in the hammond boxes. I still swear by my greybox Phasor201, the only mod to it was a tru-bypass stomper and new i/o jacks.

JUST GOT IT! thanks for the quick shipping pavlovsdog!
i played around with it for about 20 minutes A/B testing it with my yellow box 250
i run my 250 with everything at noon and i was able to pretty much nail that sound with the fez with the volume at around 11:30, the gain at 12:30ish, the left stomper engaged and the toggle switch set to the right
i really like the options to go warmer and muddier with this pedal if i want, with the top switch to the left it almost reminds me of a tube screamer vibe. the downside with my stock 250 is that past noon the gain gets really bright, even though there is more gain in that pedal, ive never used it higher gain because of that
im going to go a video review of it at some point and ill post it to the gear section here

Some of the old DOD boxes are incredible! i have a bi-fet preamp that will never leave my board, usually i use it as a boost but sometimes i will just leave it on for a whole show
