Iron,
yeah... they're legit.. the guy is Ed Elliot.. a former Mosrite employee doing his Mosrite thing much like Bill Grugget.
13k+ ohms is the typical reading for pre 67 Mosrite pickups. They rip.
$250.00 each is a bit high.. but how badly do you need them?
Thankfully, I don't at this time.

Hey man, thanks...I dont need them right away, but wouldnt mind getting a few maybe in the future. They were relisted as nobody bid high enough I guess. Its just good to know stuff like that is out there.
Hey, BTW how would those bad boys sound in say, a cheapo vintage univox Mosrite copy? You know, the bulldog I think its called.

Iron..
I doubt the legit Mosrite pickup pole pieces would line up under the strings. The Univox string spacing is more or less gibson humbucker spacing. Mosrite string spacing is a bit unique to the Mosrite guitar much like its parts and pickups.
The VOX Bulldog was made by Moseley after he sank Mosrite. But that axe has a 'strat' type three pickup arrangement. You would be hacking it up to get Mosrite pickups in it.
hope this helps..
