I'm looking for a drummer and guitarist(s). I live in Largo/Seminole area of Tampa Bay.
Doing Surf, Classic & New, Hot Rod, R&B, Rock-a-billy/Western tunes. Anxious to get a band going and start playing out.
In my 50s but age doesn't matter to us.

How's your search going? I contacted you 3-4 months ago....I'm down in Englewood ( South of Venice) and got together a surf band in Sarasota . We are a 4 piece band ( 2 guitars , bass , drums ) . Just wanted to catch up with you and trade stories, advice , news etc. about Surf music in the area. Also your thoughts on the type of events etc. that you are looking to book . I was thinking along the lines of Car Shows , Cruie Ins , Fairs etc. . Possibly sharing the show with a Rockabilly band ( 2 fer ). Anyway just wanted to catch up. John

Hey Thunderbass how are things going? I am sorry to see that you are still having a hard tome getting players down there. If you are ever up in Ocala come look us up we have been at a couple of places we are palying at The Blue Gator this Friday in Dunnellon. Good luck to you and keep in touch....
