Hey guys,
Check out a couple videos my band, The Out of Limits, slapped together. We're a non-professional band and just play because we love the music. I'd love to hear some feedback. It was recorded in the drummer's living room but it's not that bad. The second video is an original song that we wrote. If you dig it, like us on Facebook. We need to get some likes so we can book local shows.

Thanks! We've bought a new drum set, AVRI Jazz Bass, AVRI Jazzmaster, bass amp, fender reverb tank, and 1200 watt PA since recording these songs. We're too deep in to stop now

I once lived in Greenville NC, home of East Carolina University. I sometimes wore purple Doc Martens with gold colored stitching for the jolly greetings I would get from school team fans. The school radio station occasionally played surf guitar music, you might invite them to play your recordings, there is plenty of fun in your recordings.
The song "out of limits" differed from the theme song to "the outer limits" TV show.

Hey Squid,
That's awesome that you used to live in Greenville. I'm a big fan of the Insanitizers (have Whimsical Surf on CD)! The Marketts originally released the song as "The Outer Limits" but were threatened with a lawsuit by Rod Serling so they changed the name to "Out of Limits". Being the good pirates that we are from East Carolina, we decided to pirate the name from The Marketts as a joke in reference to the original pirates of surf rock

That was awesome! I loved it. Especially having grown up watching the Outer Limits. I loved your music!

Your strong well-timed amplifier tremolo enhanced the power and sense of motion in the lead guitar in Out of Limits, well done.

I'm familiar with Otto's from watching Mister Neutron videos on Youtube (Coffin Daggers, The Nebulas, The Vivisectors, etc, too)! We would be honored and love to play there sometime. That's a long ways from eastern NC, though
