I listen on my iPhone.
But only at home.
If I'm away from wifi I'm assuming I'd be roaming.
And my data use-age would go thru the roof.
Go to the listen area of the web page.
There are around 10 different ways to listen,
iPhone being one of them.
Didn't look for android.
Or just click on this link.
http://server-23.stream-server.nl:8426/listen.pls
The only problem I have is.
I can't figure out how to listen,
And still do stuff on the net at the same time.
I can still text though. :-/

Thanks Jeff, I saw the iphone icon and it works fine. My question is can you see the song names and artists? My iphone automatically goes to quicktime and doesn't show any info.

Same inquiry as Danny's, only for Android - What app do you use?
I use winamp on my android tablet. I think I needed to enter the station in manually though. I download the .pls on my computer and opened it in notepad to get the full url.

I do see song details.
Generally,
opening the pls file directly from the player app (NOT executing the file itself), works. Same as you'd open a song file from your SD. Modern players should be compatible with one of the formats available on the NSSR site.

Neils,
Over all it's been great.
I caught half of Green Cookie show,
And all the rest.
Some small glitches I noticed.
Each show gets cut off when the next starts
Either talking or music gets cut.
Also Lorenzo's show stopped multiple times,
And was also skipping around in time.
Like a DJ setting the needle down on a LP In different places.
Not complaining, just giving you a heads up.

I've been listening a lot at home on my computer in the evenings. I haven't noticed any skipping around. Occasionally I'll get a 1 second drop-out, but I just chalk that up to the internetz. Again, this is a fantastic resource!

Dear Jeff,
Unfortunately it is true that we had some buffering problems during Lorenzo´s show. To solve that I had to reboot the software. Because the show had talking very late in the program and we lost some time Lorenzo´s goodbye talk got cut. It is terrible this happens. It´s killing me. The new shows always start exactly on the hour. It is very difficult for the guys making the show to make their last song end exactly at one hour so you will always have the last song cut/faded. This happens at the end of every hour. I can live with that but having the presentation cut is horrible. We´re doing the best we can to avoid that. But software problems and power outtages have been haunting us.
Nevertheless I am extremely happy to have these guys on board making amazing shows. And it can only get better. We´re still learning and building. Thanks for listening and giving me feedback!
Cheers,
Niels.
