The Treblemakers are having their first show in over 6 years. For now, this is the only one, but I'm hoping it won't be the last!
I'm not sure who on this message board could swing this, but here it goes:

Wow! Great news! Glad to hear they are playing another show. I was just thinking to myself the other day wondering if they would ever play again.

I am glad that they are back. What a fine band. And Zak Izbinsky is one square dude! But I thought he foreswore all things surf rock? (Shoot he even sent me a link to a Treblemakers CD which he just had posted for free unlimited download on the web to some huge website like archive.org. I think the word "bah!" even accompanied his message.)
Don't want to stir up trouble here, though. Glad they are back.

I wonder if it was the Flippin the Bird cd that was the free download???
if so you should try to find it and post for everybody.
If its their 1st LP only, then definetly post it, if you can find it.
I wanted to buy one from him, but he said no,
he only had 12 left. what ever than means. go figure?????????

No, I hadn't heard about it and I'd love to see those guys actually.
I'm pretty excited to say that we are going to have two songs by Denis that would have been on what was to be the third Treblemakers album on our next CD.

I don't know exactly what time we will be going on, but we're opening up for the Alley Dukes (who are doing their new CD launch) so it shouldn't be that late. Cover charge should be under ten bucks. For those of you who can't make it, don't fret...other shows are in the works as well as out of town dates. Tena+Jeff: Would have loved for you guys to be there!!

Actually, we have a a bit of new material. Right now we're in rehearsal mode, getting ready for the show. No set time frame to enter the studio, but i'll keep you guys posted.
