Thanks Crash, I love that kind of stuff, gives me hope! And I find it extremely interesting. I read Malcolm Gladwell's book and had some discussions with friends who are educators and much smarter than I am. They thought that talent or innate ability had to have some influence on the results. I look forward to more research and data. I still plan on putting in my 10,000 hours in spite of my very limited talent.
