Lately I've been all about Bandcamp. It's been about as good of a musical discovery tool as myspace used to be with great purchasing options and some much appreciated simplicity.
A few months ago they started fan accounts, which let you follow other people with similar taste. This has proven to be another big gateway for me, and I've found a ton of killer surf groups I've never seen mentioned on this board.
If you have either a fan account or a band account go ahead and post it!

Downloaded and listening now. Thanks a lot. Overheard at Darrington is terrific. Lots of variety. It really swings. It's a really fun listen.

I get this error:
"Sorry, that something isn't here.
Please start at the beginning and you'll certainly find what you're looking for."
Which works BTW and takes me to the exact same URL! Hmmm.

I just got the same thing.
I fixed it though.
Thanks for the heads up!

I had a good look at a number of SG101 members pages to see how it can be done and have now put up a tent and joined the Bandcamp camp too.

I love bandcamp so much. Now that I have a corporate job again, I splurge on a couple releases every payday.

Here are a few tracks from my old band giant robot Richard
I'm working on getting some new stuff up soon (with better recordings!)
Enjoy!
