Thanks for the welcome. I grew up with it being played in my house. My parents belonged to the RCA record club and had a ton of records. We had one of those giant stereo tube consoles with the combo record cabinet. Anywho, was starting to think I had to create a post about humbuckers vs single coils in order to get a single reply here. My gear? Yeah, fender made some cool amps in the brown amp era but the vibrato was too expensive so they came up with the opto isolator tremolo which was very simple and had way less parts.
