I decided to sell my copy of John Blairs ILLUSTRATED DISCOGRAPHY OF SURF MUSIC 1961-1965. It's to support Devlar Surf Sessions. It will make a great present for the surf nut you love.
be well,
Ray Dukes

Well Ray, I didn't win, but you can thank me for running it up 70 clams in the last 10 seconds. Take care,

what do you think this is worth? The 1983 version....With a personel letter from Jon, not that I'm selling, but just for the fun of it...
Condition? It falls apart, it has been used...like it should be...

^ wow...obscure-city!
probably worth about $17 or so on the open market... but, if you find the right surf-crazed record-collecting reverb-freak you might just get $5,000 for something like that...

That cover artwork looks much cooler than the dark blue editon with the walking surfer.

A year ago or so, John Blair said that he was somewhat working on getting new editions out of both his discography books. I've decided to wait for these and not buy any of the expensive out of print editions.

yeah really I need to bug him about that.
now that he played for Marty's party, I have his e-mail.
But I dot want to piss him off, so I have been nice and not bugged him.
