General practice with big event threads on this forum (maybe others too?) is to keep the first post updated with the current info on the event. So you always know where to look for the details. I don't think the general event or associated shows for these threads usually get added to the calendar. The calendar is a good idea that isn't quite integrated with reality. Or I don't know how to do that myself, anyway. Wait, I think I see the problem. I'm not quite integrated with reality myself. |

We haven't updated the calendar yet. We also add all the associated events to the calendar. But it is a ways out so give us some time. The flyer will come later. Last year Jonpaul created a website for the event also. You can see last year's here: http://surfguitar101.com/convention/HOME.html
