Have recorded hundreds of vintage 50's & 60's rock songs, including a number of surf songs, multi-dubbed on single strat.
Would be interested in somebody over-dubbing some drum tracks. Any forum reader interested?

Is this a collaborative thing, to be done over the internet? I could whip up some drum tracks on hydrogen, I've become quite skilled with this sort of thing. Did you record to a metronome or click track perhaps?

I'd be interested, and I'll try to make it sound good, trust me. It's difficult to make it sound natural, but I have a few techniques.

And if this is more of a long term thing, I can possibly record on a good kit in a year or so, but I'm not getting a new kit for a while.

Just a little sample of what I do on hydrogen. It needs tons of work, but this will give you a general idea. I'll use better samples if you want me to do this for you.

My guitar instrumentals are probably more conducive to non-digital drums. I have > 100 songs (many surf) posted on my Youtube Channel. Any interested deummer can peruse them and see if there ate any you might want to accompany. Songs like Beach Boys "Merry Christmas Baby" or "Do It Again" would be pretty easy. Find one or more you qould like to try and contact me. i'll email the original MP3.
