Its that time of year...what are your favorite spooky tunes? I know there are several previous threads on the subject of Halloween tunes, but the twist here is to list tunes that are spooky due to their content, and not based simply the title.
So for instance The Hearse, doesn't really cut it (though its an awesome tune). It might be mildly spooky, but you'd have to look for it. On the other hand, Los Straitjackets Rockula is perfect (in title and in content).
So, what's your favorite spooky number to play?

We have a Halloween show coming up & I really wanted to do a medley of The Ventures' One Step Beyond (Fear) into Twilight Zone into Out of Limits.
I wanted to make ample use of my theremin! 
I couldn't get everyone on board, but I am using the theremin for a later section of Joker's Wild.

6V6, mind if I piggyback on your question and add food for thought? Why not throw a bit of theory discussion into the mix? WHAT specifically makes a tune "spooky?" It's one thing to refer to a favorite tune, but WHY? For example, is it the particular orchestration (organ, theremin, glockenspiel, etc.), use of samples, chord choices (minor, augmented, diminished, suspended, etc.), intervals (minor second, tritone), melodic choices (minor scales, modes, chromaticism, etc.), dissonance and resolution, tempo, etc.?

Minor key for sure. Particular instrumentation for sure - the element of association - people think of certain things when they hear an organ (circus music, merry-go-round, horror films, 60s rock) or a theremin (probably a horror or scifi movie soundtrack).
Slower tempos probably, dissonance probably.
Major keys and all natural chords sound happy. Minor chords, scales & dissonance sound sad or scary to most people, I'd say.
I grew up playing music & always liked minor key songs better & found minor keys to be very beautiful. It was a long time before someone told me they thought all my writing sounded sad. And then I understood how differently I hear music than the average joe.

And songs that have a very repetitive rhythm with just 1 chord tends to make people feel tense, I've noticed. Like Philip Glass or the scores to some of the more recent horror movies.

Yeah. Tri-tones are definitely sinister sounding. Diminished 5ths and 7ths, then just go up or down 3 frets at a time and it gives a really cool spooky sound. I'm no theory master, but from my limited understanding, i think every 3 frets just repeats the same notes but inverted and higher/lower pitched, so it gives a really cool effect.
It is considered a dissonance, and it is referred to as "The Devil's Chord" which is PERFECT for halloween!

Not necessarily "spooky" but I think Jim Messina and The Jesters "Yang Bu" is pretty sinister sounding for first wave stuff. Slow it down and it would be spookier.

These are not on YouTube, but check out the Bomboras from their Head Shrinkin' Fun album, in particular: Night of the Bomboras and Beyond the Sound of Time. You can hear samples on Amazon. They've had a bunch of other spooky stuff on their other albums, but the names escape me now.
