So with the power being out in New Orleans this past week, I thought I would try to pull the power out of the show. LAID BACK! I contacted all the local surf groups seeing if anybody wanted to attempt an acoustic set. The Bills thought it was a stupid enough idea that they couldn't pass it up. I LOVE the results, I'll probably post them individually later the duo-tones - the wedge dean hightower - hawaiian hop kookie joe band - the kookie limbo bob keene orchestra - swahili the aqua velvets - smoking panatelas on the blue mediterraneon sea the barbwires - the kockroach bills unplugged - 3 songs Jim Messina and the Jesters - high voltage |

Very enjoyable change of pace from the usual fare that passes for instrumental surf rock these days. I can listen to this one over and over! Did you get the names of the Bill's live songs? BTW, I appreciate the effort it takes to time-stamp the songs as accurately as possible in the wtul.radioactivity.fm playlists. This plist info can become a handy index of songs for your show in the iTunes Lyrics tab that displays on an iPod. |

Nice, never occured to me that our logs could be used that way! Glad you liked that show, I thought I would get tired of it by the end but I still had sooo much more I wanted to play.
